Bella Vie

Here I am in a helicopter taking pictures of the Lakota, the Army's new Light Utility Helicopter (LUH) for American Eurocopter to submit for the cover of Rotor and Wing Magazine. This was a big deal for me! They had already had another photographer shoot the LUH, and the VP of PR didn't like them, so she had the helicopter flown to Columbus for me to take the pictures. I didn't know any of this, or even that it was for the cover of a magazine until just before I took off. Talk about pressure! And, the pictures had to be emailed that day! So no retakes. It did make the cover!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so excited to have my first national magazine cover.
